EyeTo AI provides AI chatbot solutions to businesses. Depending on the client's configuration, the data collected and how it is processed may differ to meet privacy needs across industries.

1. Information We Collect

Our chatbot may collect the following information:

  • User Messages: The content you type into the chatbot.
  • Timestamps: The time your message was submitted.
We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, or any identifying information unless you explicitly provide it within the chat.

2. Configuration-Based Privacy Modes

Mode A: Standard with Logging
In this mode, messages and timestamps are securely stored to help the business analyze and improve chatbot performance.

Mode B: Secure/Private Mode (Medical, Legal, Sensitive Use)
This mode disables logging entirely. Messages are encrypted before being sent, processed temporarily in memory, and then discarded. No data is stored, and users are advised not to include personal or sensitive information.

3. Use of Information

Data is used to:

  • Generate AI chatbot responses
  • Help the client improve their service (only when logging is enabled)
  • Support inquiries initiated through the chatbot

4. Security

All communication is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. When enabled, RSA encryption ensures that messages are only readable by authorized systems. No data is stored unless the business client has chosen to enable logging.

5. User Responsibilities

Please do not include personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) in your messages unless you're certain the chatbot is operating in a secure configuration. If unsure, treat all messages as public.

6. Data Retention

In logged mode, messages may be retained temporarily by the business for internal use. In secure/private mode, no chat content is retained at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to or deletion of your chat messages (if stored)
  • Understand how data is being used and configured for a specific chatbot
  • Ask questions about your privacy when using our services

9. HIPAA Compliance Note

EyeTo AI is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA unless a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is explicitly signed. Our system is capable of secure, no-storage processing to support compliance-minded clients, but does not guarantee HIPAA compliance by default.
